We usually ship orders out every Tuesday from Atlanta in recyclable and biodegradable insulated containers. It sells out fast!! While we love the attention and high demand, we believe in quality first with our small batch hand-made process. We are growing this capacity only if we can maintain the highest quality standards our loyal customers have grown to love. 

Your order will typically arrive at your doorstep 1-2 days after that, depending on where you live. Chuice is made from real food and is perishable.  It should arrive cold, inside an insulated container. If it doesn’t, please let us know! 

Orders placed by midnight on Monday will usually ship out the next day, if product is available.  

Please note, if you place your order on a Wednesday, your shipment will probably go out the following Tuesday, depending on availability.  As we grow, we will add additional shipping days throughout the week.

Once your order ships, we will send tracking information to the email you entered. You are not required to sign for deliveries after they arrive. However, please note that we advise getting your bottles into the fridge as soon as possible after delivery, so that they stay fresh and cold. This is real food that is perishable!

Our subscription customers don’t just benefit from a ridiculously healthy way to enjoy a snack or small meal every day. You also get preferential access to our weekly production. Otherwise, orders are sent out on a first come first served basis, depending on availability. 

When you sign up for a subscription, you’ll have an opportunity to register an account. This will allow you to make adjustments to your subscription at any time. This can include changing frequency, pausing, or cancelling your subscription at any time.

Yes. We ship Chuice frozen in insulated containers that are recyclable and biodegradable.  

Our ingredients go through a triple natural vegetable wash before being chopped or pressed. 

Chuice has a shelf life of over 35 days. Since we freeze it soon after it’s made, it can last longer if kept frozen. After it is made, we use a technique called high pressure processing (HPP), also known as cold pasteurization, to ensure better safety and quality. You have at least two weeks to enjoy your Chuice after it arrives at your door.

We currently deliver to all over the continental United States. However, because our product is perishable, we are required to send it via 1-2 day delivery, especially when it’s warm outside. When it’s cold outside, our method of shipping allows the product to stay cold for up to 72 hours.
